Indian spiced mince curry cooked normally but also amazing cooked in a balti pan. Can be cooked specifically as a filling for naan breads or samosas but its better to use as leftovers as it dries up when it cools. Normally made with lamb mince but both chicken and beef work perfectly too. You can control the heat by adding or removing fresh chilli as appropriate.
