Named after the vessel its cooked in, this curry takes a bit more work than normal curries as you make paste first before cooking but it’s well worth the effort. Heat of this curry can be controlled by the amount of fresh chilli you add to the paste. This curry works really well with a squeeze of lime at the end but lemon also works.
