Made with cream, almonds and other spices this is a delicious marinade but worth mentioning its NOTHING like the original tikka marinade. This is what I call white tikka. If you’re looking for a more unusual marinade this could be the one for you. I think its best suited to more crazy dishes where plain chicken doesn’t cut the mustard!
