This is a sweet, mild and delicious curry. This is mother Fairley’s favourite. If you like the mildest of the mild, then this curry could be for you! It’s on par with a korma in terms of heat levels. I’ve only seen this on selected menus in the North East. This curry should be served with chicken tikka. Marinade can be found here.
