An Indian version of skewered kebabs (think meat, peppers, onion, repeat). A beautiful spicy marinade for raw meat. Marinade can be mixed with oil and brushed over veggies too. Ideal for the Tandoor oven/BBQ to impart those smokey flavours but can also be cooked in the oven/under the grill/air fryer too.
