Our dry marinade for tandoori chicken which is normally made with bone in chicken. Marinade for 24 hours for best results and cook in a tandoor oven or BBQ to add smokey undertones. Also possible to grill or air fry. This marinade isn’t heavy on salt so you might need to add a pinch of salt to the marinade an hour before you cook but ensure you mix thoroughly.
