Traditionally a hot tomato based curry but our version can be kept on the hotter side of medium if you omit the fresh chillies. This curry uses fresh chilli for flavour so if you like the flavour of chillies, play around with them to find which ones you like best. Green finger chillies or birdseyes are traditional.
