Pakora is a wet batter (think chicken nuggets) used to coat meat/veggies and deep fried. It can be a light batter or if you add less water it can be thicker, depending on your preference. Normally served with a sweet dipping sauce.

Cooking instructions and ingredients are on the back of the packet (see second image). Provides enough to make approx 2 portions of pakora (or roughly enough batter for 4 chicken breasts).
