There are two variants depending on your cooking preference:

• The bigger pan is 30cm wide - it’s our widest pan so better for bigger portions/scaling up recipes for a family

• The smaller pan a normal restaurant size but is much deeper so better to reduce splashes and spillages

To get that authentic restaurant quality taste you need a few things:

Good spice blends(I hear Fairley’s ones aren’t bad - you get a few in this pack)

Good recipes(easy to follow recipes provided from the above company )

Please Note: these are restaurant pans and are exactly what the chef in your local restaurant would use to cook your curry. 99% of these pans are perfect but occasionally they may come with slight blemishes due to how they’re transported or stored before we purchase them. Restaurants don’t care about how their pans look but we try our best to select the best. Any issues would be so small that once you’ve cooked one curry you wouldn’t notice them. You accept that when purchasing a pan.
