A korma is seen as being an entry level curry because it has spices but very limited (if any) chilli. Its creamy, rich and decedent. If you cook it until it’s too thick a splash of boiling water helps to loosen it off. A sprinkle of toasty toppings adds texture and extra taste. This curry is well balanced but if you like super sweet kormas, you can add extra honey or sugar at the end of cooking to your taste. Contains almonds, cashews and mustard.
